either computer to computer (free) or computer to phone (low rates via SkypeOut).
Public / internal operator information
Operators can now choose to be anonymous towards customers while still be identifiable to other operators. This is made possible by a double set of data including double set of the operator image.
Main application window will now blink on the taskbar (if visible), when some events occur (i.e. incoming instant message).
Version 2.2.2.2 (Beta release version)
Customer's IP address is displayed
When a customer logs in, the IP address will be available to operators. This is partly to prevent abuse of the service. Click one of the (i)-icons, when available, to view the IP address.
New global shortcut for sending SMS-messages: CTRL + ALT + S.
Version 2.2.2.1 (Beta release version)
New feature: Delay incoming request notifications
It is now possible to delay notifications for incoming requests for a certain amount of time. This makes it easier for one or more operators to be in stand-by/backup mode,
and pick up requests that 1. line operators do not answer. If no 1. line operators are available, notifications will not be delayed.
Some minor graphical changes in the user interface (a few pictures with Norwegian text were replaced).
Version 2.2.2.0 (Official release version)
All changes made in the beta versions since the previous official version (2.2.1.0) are included in this version
New feature: automatic SMS notifications
When an online customer is waiting in queue to be served by an operator, it is now possible for the system to automatically send an
SMS to the responsible operator(s) (and/or a supervisor) after a certain amount of time.
This feature is handy if you are often away from your computer, but still want to be available to customers.
New language: swedish is now fully supported (both for operators and customers)
Version 2.2.1.0 (Official release version)

It is now easy to set the program to silent mode. No sound will then be played back for a chosen period of time.

You may now set yourself temporarily away for a certain period of time. When this time has passed,
the program will check for mouse or keyboard action to set your availability back to the previous state.
You can now choose to be alerted when you have not sent a message in a dialog for a certain period of time.
Number of active dialogs
You are now able to see the number of active dialogs also for operators in collaborating organizations.
This is convenient when you are about to transfer a dialog to one of those operators.
Bugfix: a problem with automatically closing the login window when logging in is now fixed
Version 2.1.1.3 (Beta release version)
File transfer
A more sophisticated file transfer function has been added to the program. Right-click an operator in the
organization list to transfer a file, or right-click a customer dialog tab to transfer file or offer file transfer.
Lost requests
If a customer request is lost (customer logs off before getting help), a lost request will be stored in eDialog24 Operator.
A lost customer request must be handled to be removed.
Calendar sharing
You can now share your Outlook Calendar with other operators. Operators within your own organization will then be able
to see detailed information from your calendar one week ahead in time. Other operators will only be able to see that you
are busy or away when you have set up a calendar event.
Advanced availability control
It is now possible to let the availability be controlled based on content from Outlook
calendar. You can for instance automatically be set unavailable when a meeting starts.
Entrypoint name is displayed for online and offline requests. Customer's first and last name is also displayed if known.
